Well, how did you do? Please post your pounds lost or gained for this week. Feel free to post one of your successes this week, as well as one area you need to work on in the upcoming week.
I lost a whopping total of ONE pound. My goal is to lose three lbs this week.
No diet successes here...except that I did not devour the flan in the fridge. I had only one bite. Sadly, I had a few cans of soda this week, a half of a submarine sandwich, Wendy's (which I hate), and quite a few other things I needed to shy away from. I want to work on planning meals this week, so maybe I won't fall into those craving and bingeing traps. I need to make better choices in a crunch.
I hope the rest of you achieved your goals for the week.
